Junior Football Tournament 2024

​Wombwell Town Football Club are delighted to announce they will be hosting their fourth Junior Football Tournament.

Details in Brief:
The tournament will take place on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th June.
The tournament will be held at Wombwell Recreation Ground, Station Road, Wombwell, Barnsley, S73 0BJ.

All entrants have now been emailed (please check your spam) with details for the weekend and the tournament is now available to view on the Tournify app

Tournify
We will be using the Tournify app and encourage those attending the tournament, especially managers and team organisers, to download the app.
Search “Wombwell” and you should find the tournament details for each day.
On the app you can follow your team and keep up to date with fixture times, results, league table, and progress throughout the day. 

Parking (£3 - CASH ONLY)
Upon arrival cars will be directed to where they can pay and park. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee players and parents from the same team will be in the same area.
Parking is available inside the ground and will cost just £3 for the day. We ask that people have the correct change to try to reduce the queue to cars waiting to enter from the main road.
We would like to discourage visitors from using street parking out of courtesy to the neighbours.

We would like to remind visitors to the Recreation Ground to conduct themselves in a calm, friendly manner. Visitors should adhere to their club's code of conducts and ours are also available on the website here.

Wombwell Town Football Club has the right to issue a warning to any offender and further disruption (or cause for concern) will lead to individuals, or teams being escorted from the ground.
